Our Story

Founded in 2023 by a team of international professionals who experienced firsthand the challenges of relocating to Istanbul, Agre was born from necessity and passion. We understand what it's like to move to a new city, navigate a different culture, and build a new life from scratch.

After struggling to find quality housing that met our standards and facilitated connections with like-minded individuals, we decided to create a solution. Today, Agre serves hundreds of expats, students, and digital nomads who choose Istanbul as their temporary or permanent home.

What started as a small co-living space in Beyoğlu has grown into a network of premium properties across Istanbul's most vibrant neighborhoods. But our mission remains the same: to create exceptional living experiences that help global citizens thrive in Istanbul.
